This course is for:

Emerging artists who dream of selling their work but struggle with self-doubt and fear of rejection (we see you, overthinkers!).

People who’ve mastered their craft but feel like navigating the online world is akin to deciphering hieroglyphics.

Artists who cringe at the idea of "selling" but want their work to find its forever homes. (Selling doesn’t have to feel like selling, promise.)

Hey friend!

Are you tired of waiting for some fancy gallery or art market to "discover" you? Spoiler alert: You don’t need them. Seriously. Most galleries and retailers take 50% of the money and control when and where your work will be seen. The industry is changing and artists are no longer seeking approval. Enter Permission Granted: Stop Waiting, Start Selling Your Art, the ultimate bootcamp that’ll have you taking the reins of your art career faster than you can say, “Do I really need a middleman for this?”

This isn’t about hustling your soul away or turning into a social media robot. It’s about connecting with your audience, sharing your story, and creating a successful art business on your own terms. Plus, I promise to keep it fun and direct. Your time is valuable (so is mine!).

By enrolling in my Permission Granted Workshop, you will get...

There's so much packed into this online workshop. And, you'll have access for a full year!

What You'll Learn

  1. The Confidence to Own Your Art
We’ll tackle those nagging doubts and help you embrace your value as an artist. No more apologizing for your work—it’s time to channel your inner art boss.

  2. Storytelling That Sells (Without Feeling Salesy)
Learn how to talk about your art in a way that feels natural, authentic, and maybe even fun. Forget stuffy buzzwords; we’ll show you how to connect with people like you’re chatting over coffee (or wine, your choice).

  3. Building Your Online Art Presence
From choosing the right platforms to creating an online portfolio that says, "Hey world, look at my amazing stuff!", we’ve got you covered. And no, it won’t involve confusing tech jargon.

  4. Practical Pricing and Selling Strategies
Say goodbye to underpricing and awkward money talks. We’ll help you price your work confidently so your customers feel great buying it—and you feel great selling it.

  5. Your Action Plan for Success
By the end of this course, you’ll have a clear, actionable plan to start selling your art independently—and loving every minute of it. (Yes, even the selling part.)

What's Included

This course is jam packed with tips, tricks and more to help you sell your art. There's a lot inside, however, you have the flexibility to pace yourself by spreading the content throughout the year and revisiting it whenever you need.
  • 5 Sessions You Can Watch Anytime: Five workshops packed with practical tips, engaging exercises, and probably a few bad puns. Most are around one hour long.

  • Hands-On Activities: Homework, yes! Guided exercises to help you apply what you learn without breaking a sweat.

  • One Year Access: Miss a session? No problem! You’ll get access to all workshop recordings and resources for one year.

Why is this course different?

Because I know what it's like to be uncomfortable with something (and doing it anyway!)

I know selling your art can feel intimidating—especially if you’ve been told you’re "not the sales type." Guess what? Most people aren’t, and that’s okay. This course is designed to meet you where you are, with strategies that feel approachable, empowering, and (dare I say) enjoyable. No sleazy sales tactics. No overwhelming tech talk. Just you, your art, and the tools you need to succeed. Plus, we’ll probably laugh a lot along the way.

Is this workshop right for me?

This workshop is for people who:

  • Have a body of original artwork and are ready to consistently produce new pieces (i.e., you don’t need months to complete a single work).

  • Envision yourself selling art and growing as a creative entrepreneur.

  • Are comfortable—or eager to learn how to become comfortable—sharing your work through photos and on social media.

  • Understand that selling your art involves some aspects that function like a job.

  • Are open to experimenting with new strategies to boost your sales.

This workshop is not for people who:

  • Turn out a low volume of work.

  • Price your lowest-cost pieces in the multiple thousands of dollars (flexibility applies, but if “affordable art” doesn’t resonate with you, this likely isn’t for you).

  • Intend to rely solely on third-party representation, such as galleries, art shows, or agents.

  • Are looking for guidance on how to make art.

  • Are unwilling to share your work online or establish an online presence.

  • Want legal or tax advice for your art business.

There are a lots of different kinds of art and lots of ways to sell it. This workshop is not for everyone. But if the details above sound right for you...let's go!

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Amanda!

Painter, maker, teacher, and lifelong believer in the magic of creativity. My very first memory? Finger-painting in the bathtub with a bowl of leftover chocolate pudding. Messy? Sure. Life-changing? Absolutely. I haven’t stopped painting since.

For me, painting is more than just work—it’s a calling. When I paint, I feel my cells shift, like every bit of me knows this is exactly what I’m meant to do. It’s my gift, my livelihood, and my privilege—and I want to share it with as many people as possible. Yes, that includes you!

I truly believe that original art makes life better. It brightens spaces, sparks joy, and reminds us of what’s possible. My mission? To keep the supply chain flowing. After years of selling and teaching, one truth has stood out: people who make art regularly are the happiest people around. Always. And you know what’s even better? Turning your art into a thriving business.

I’m so glad you’re here—let’s make something amazing together!
