Fill My Cup!What's this about?
wondering if you're in the right place?
While it’s always good to strive for personal growth and standards, the chronic need for perfection-like fulfillment can rob us of many of life's greatest joys and opportunities.
Let's take a moment to examine our place in the world and how we want to contribute to it. Creating art without preconceived notions is a great place to start.
So glad you are here!
Welcome to A Cup of Art!

How does this work?
Process art emphasizes the journey of creating rather than focusing on the end results. There are no strict rules or predetermined outcomes. So long as you are willing to explore with paint, and answer the prompts with direct and honest answers, it's going to be okay.
You'll have access 30 seconds after you finish registration and can dive in anytime during your one-year of access. When inside, you'll see three videos:
- Welcome and Materials (see the supply list in the FAQs below)
- Process and Prompts
- Tying it Together
Book an afternoon and work through at your own pace. This is FOR YOU!

I Have A Few More Questions...
Is it easy to follow along?
What materials will I need?
How long will I have access to the session?
Will my child enjoy this class?
Can I share the course with my friends and family?
Will you have a private Facebook group or blog for questions, comments, or sharing our work?
In Case We Haven't Met...
Hi! My name is Amanda.
I’m a painter, a maker, a gallery owner, mom, and sometimes I teach art to people who think they are not artistic. Over the years I have taught thousands of individuals how to create beautiful and meaningful works of art. I'm so glad you are here!
