Fill My Cup!What's this about?
wondering if you're in the right place?
When it comes to the most important people in our lives, words don’t always capture what we want to say.
Art making can bridge that gap. That's why Beth Newman is bringing you this Cup of Art. In this session, we’ll survey new modes of expression, insights, healing, and connection.
So glad you are here!
Welcome to A Cup of Art!

How does this work?
Process art emphasizes the journey of creating rather than focusing on the end results. There are no strict rules or predetermined outcomes. So long as you are willing to explore with paint, and answer the prompts with direct and honest answers, it's going to be okay.
You'll have access 30 seconds after you finish registration and can dive in anytime during your one-year of access. When inside, you'll see four videos:
- Welcome
- Materials (see the supply list in the FAQs below)
- Process and Prompts
- Tying it Together
Book an afternoon and work through at your own pace. This is FOR YOU!

I Have A Few More Questions...
Is it easy to follow along?
What materials will I need?
How long will I have access to the session?
Will my child enjoy this class?
Can I share the course with my friends and family?
Will you have a private Facebook group or blog for questions, comments, or sharing our work?

In Case We Haven't Met...
Hi! My name is Beth.
After a flinty New England upbringing, a career as a Marine, and then another as a school administrator and teacher, I've turned my face to the sun, returning to a childhood love of art and craft, profoundly changing my life in this adult season. I'm living my dream combining my long-time passion and talent for teaching with an abiding affection for process art and people. I'm so glad you are here!
